Got 8… needed 9…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

Wind blew all night….temps dropped…again…

Most of what I hear in podcast are known ideas…but still interesting …changing to a healthy lifestyle 20 years ago…was the smartest thing I did for myself…I kno it’s all about money..but if the government would force the food industry to clean it up…the cost of medical care would help so many people…and a lot of people don’t even know…they are sick..till years later..o just take a pill…when the change in food..could cure them…

Was nice getting my sleep last night…4 cups of ☕️..and walking kept me going yesterday…until lunch time..then..my recliner grabbed me…and I was basically lazy rest of day….only getting up for bathroom breaks…lol…

Well…2 cups of coffee 1 mile later…things to do..before breakfast….
