50 sit ups, 20 bridges, 2 sets of leg presses, leg lifts 15 at 80 lbs, 2 set of Trex squats ..yesterday with trainer could not do body weight squat so am working on core..been sick for months with several things...inactive for months with UTI from hell that will not resolve, covid and then shingles. getting checked tomorrow for bladder cancer. It is what it is...tired to not knowing.
