For the last couple of weeks I've been making an effort to get more exercise and am starting to see some benefits. No, the scale hasn't moved much but the "spare tire" is less noticeable and the jeans are a bit more comfy.

Another glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel :)

Walking is good, moving is good, I need to get back to weights. Started some kettle balls last night but need to squeeze the gym back into a routine.

I think how we feel and how well the clothes fit is a better indicator anyway.

You are correct, I get on the scale for my weight. I use a measure tape to check my waistline. Having to shop for new size clothes, makes me feel like I have done something good too.
