Fasting blood sugar is 6.6 mmol/L.
Around midnight-1am last night I had the munchies...bad. Decided to eat a couple of pieces of hard cheese (Extra Old Cheddar Marble). It stopped the munchies but in my mind I thought it would bounce my blood sugars higher. I'm thankful it didn't.
Going to take it easy on food today as tonight my son and I are having Fish & Chips. This will probably throw my blood sugar out the window but we will see what tomorrow's results bring.
