Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Got on bike to ride this morning….different workout….but after a mile got off..it was bothering my knees…which surprised me….figured I’d get a short ride in…not sure what caused that…will have to look into that…

The omad video I watched explaining some of the benefits….I started January 14… https://youtu.be/M7RuGvMJndg ….the difference I see in how I feel….I have to admit fasting isn’t for everyone…and the only reason I went to omad….was because my fast were lasting 20 hours…what’s another 4 hours…

Listening to the genius life podcast at the moment…sipping my ☕️…go for a morning walk in a few…get those endorphins moving….

Rained all day yesterday…it was light..and stayed rain…was glad..it didn’t turn to that white stuff…

My goal I’m working on by using omad….is to in a month or so be pain free…I can tell a difference on my pain levels…might not get off the pain meds completely…but any improvement is great….last few days only 1 pill…and could probably not do that…it’s that close to not needing it…it’s just that I kno if I take it..there will be no pain at all…

Well….cup is empty….time to step…
