Just For Today I Commit to Staying on My Food Plan (Calorie count)
I had the BEST day yesterday out on the waterway in my kayak and with my club.
We drove south to around Charleston, SC. Paddled the waterway and in and out of islands. We landed on Capers Island where there are pretrified trees from hurricane activity of the past. Kayak total was about 8 miles and hiking was about 3 miles.
Food was good. Today, I rest. I am still waiting for my bicycle - but will probably beach walk tomorrow so I can keep moving!
It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?
Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

2023 Goals:
* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Return to HIIT mixed in with weight lifting at least three days a week
