I must’ve really changed my mindset- which is all I ever needed and wanted !
Thank you Jesus! 😗

Weight management is a lifelong process, you are never DONE. That being said, if life is good to you there will be hundreds of wonderful events and Holidays to celebrate with good times and good food. Deprivation totally does not work. Never has, never will, nor is their any magic or easy answers. What we do have iis the ability to learn portion control and moderation, and as you so well put it, no need to eat yourself under the table. There is also absolutely zero need to constantly feel quilty for taking a moment at Christmas to enjoy a hot chocolate and a cookie. Everyone can do this— it’s not the Keto, high protein, low fat diets that make up a successful weight loss program, it’s is truly the change in MINDSET.

Thanks to you all for supporting! That’s what I need- we all need! People do in fact need people in one way or another! Sometimes we get in trouble thinking food is a friend or companion and the next thing you know ….it becomes your worse enemy! We need food to live but given an inch it’ll become a ruler!

Yes, it’s all about mindset and I love what Kenna said, so true!😊

Moderation, not deprivation is a great way to go. Telling yourself you can't have ANY of it is often a prelude to cracking and going overboard. You got this!
