Happy first snowfall Monday! We got our first dusting that didn't melt. It looks pretty but gloomy at the same time.
So, this has been a very bad week for me diet wise. It was a stressful week trying to catch up with being out for Thanksgiving and preparing to be out again for Christmas while trying to finish all year end 💩 and separating from my latest relationship. I'm fried. I ended up drinking on Wednesday night and spiraled into non-stop crap eating. I couldn't even log in what I ate because I wasn't paying attention, much less measuring. Emotional eating is the worse for me. I need to find another outlet. I've considered going for a walk or doing anything to get me out of the house or move but honestly when I'm stressed, sad, any non-happy emotion I can’t get myself to move. I just want to curl up in a ball and hide. Worse thing is I know the feeling is temporary but still feels much longer.
I hope this week will be better.
