Weigh and measure your food, do not eat flour and sugar, have a defined food plan with specific quantities...remember we cannot eat this crap without setting off the phenomenon of craving more...lots more...

Not everyone needs or wants to cut out flour and sugar. If that's what works for you, Dianne, then keep at it. I've done just fine without cutting them out

Whenever I bake, I try to use healthy and organic ingredients and learned that some are a little more expensive but it is worthy.
