I apologize that I have not had time to visit everyone's journals. I really have tried but between catching up at work and home there are way too many interruptions for me to concentrate.

I finally got did get caught up on my sleep last night. We had a nice gentle rain so we were able to sleep with the windows open. Think I may be ready to refocus on what I am putting into my mouth. Need also to get back into the habit of exercise - what happened to my Slave Drivers anyway?

Hey Buffy I am in the exact same boat as you....so much to do and so little time. I'm trying not to stress, it will all get done whether I stress or not. I decided this morning that I was not going to stress my self further with the lack of exercise, but am committing myself to starting again on Monday next week - I think my mind will be more in it then and hopefully I will have less to deal with around it.....so enjoy the rest the whips are coming out on Monday :)

Morning Buffy, so sorry you have been so busy..So glad you got some sleep that a lone will make you feel better..I am with you and Triaby come Monday or Tuesday in my case I will get right back to doing the right things..Monday we have a 4th of July party here at the house and then we will go to see the fireworks..have a great day honey...Bren

That's what happens when we get busy, we miss things that are really important - like CRACKING THAT WHIP!!! Glad you got some good sleep, that is so important, otherwise all the cracking in the world won't get a girl going!

when you find motivation, send it over - i haven't had any the past few days and have not been to the gym in over a week! oh, the guilt! love to sleep when it's gently raining - so nice! take it easy :)

I love having the windows open, but won't be able to do that until fall around here. Bet you had just the best night's sleep!

It was nice listening to the rain last night but it was too chilly here to have the windows open. And hey, if you are like me the running around you are doing should count as at least some exercise.

I'm glad to see you today Buffy! I think everyone's in a sort of end of month slump and the long weekend coming up doesn't help a lot. But it wil give us all a few days to rev up our enthusiasm and set some goals. It's good you were finally able to have a good sleep. You really needed it! Have a good day, my friend!
