Sticking to keto, no wine or sugar, moving the scale in the right direction. However I know the initial few days will go well then slow down. It’s that long haul and frustration that gets me. Many of you great supporters say exactly the right thing…pick myself up, dust myself off and get going! I have added a good long walk per day to help me. Thanks folks!!!
