I got out into my garden today, pulling weeds and raking up the maple seeds. Lots of bending and standing, but I won't count that as exercise since I really had a fun time.

Weigh in tomorrow, officially, but I weighed myself this morning and was still at the same weight as last week. TOM maybe keeping me the same? Hopefully I'll lose some bloat by the WW meeting on Tuesday.

One of my friends invited me to go kayaking with her and her husband, but I just wasn't in the mood.

I'd count the weeding and raking as exercise. You earned it! You're doing so well.

I just can't let myself get lazy - I usually do eat more calories than I should every day so I don't usually count the minor moving around that I do. I didn't even sweat while I was out in the yard. I am really working at losing weight by watching my intake first. When I get motivated I walk or jumprope. And if the weather cooperated, gardening!

TOM makes me gain alll the time.. Sucks.. and Gardening counts as exercise! COUNT IT!
