So far, so-so! I went over my points and lots of carbs today, but still within the allowable extras. Just barely - forgot to record the peking dumpling! So, now I have to be extra careful, and also get in some exercise to get started on a real effort to reduce my weight and get into shape. I can see I will be really flabby if I don't start building up some muscle under this loose skin!

Also, I found my measuring tapes and will record some measurements for posterity. After I come out of this Chinese food coma!

An measuring tape sounds like a good idea. I should do that too. Even though sometimes you're not loosing weight, you could be losing inches! Keep up the good work!
