Yesterday was CC's birthday. since I love to bake, and for some reason they love to eat it, every year I make whatever sweet they want for their bday. She wanted my brownies with M&MS and my iceing. So..I did taste it a bit to make sure that it was right before I baked it. Then I had to taste the iceing to make sure it was right before I iced it. Then (of course) I had a piece. It was really cute. I made it in a cake pan in the shape of a dog. I did go over my calorie count but not by so much that I'm horribly upset. It does bother me...but there's really nothing that I can do about it.

tonight for dinner is homemade pulled chicken sandwiches. Chicken is in the crock pot....with some low fat bbq sauce. YUMMY!!

Hey one day of going over isn't going to ruin everything, life happens right? So glad you are not beating yourself up and that you did take the time to enjoy a but of your baking.

Sounds yummy, I usually have a small piece if I make something special. You are still doing good. 30 plus down. You go girl!
