Flew in to Orlando at 4:00pm. Ate chopped chicken breast and veggies with hummus for breakfast/lunch and had a homemade protein bar on the plane. After checking in at the Disney Resort we took the bus to Downtown Disney. I ate "Hog in a Bucket" for dinner...(it was actually quite good)...I will not stress about food...I will not stress about food... I will not stress about food...

Enjoy your trip, don't stress! You can make food and exercise amends when you return. Disney is usually a once in a lfetime treat. Besides, you will get a lot of walking in!

Disneyworld is the BEST place for power walking....Weaving in and around people trying to get from one place to another....I clocked over 14 miles and hit all four parks a couple of weeks ago, and then went to one of their best restaurants, Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian, for a marvelous dinner.
Please do yourself a favor, and try to look up the best restaurants and preview menus at all the parks....that said...I had a lot of variations of Grilled Salmon salads for lunch, but had amazing dinners...
