it's been a pretty good day my husband and I did our house chores together,, trying to keep track of my food and I'm journaling those are all good things .I got to talk to my oldest daughter today she was very angry with me about 2 weeks ago that's great ,,me and my son are doing great he's clean , prasie God .it is my twin granddaughters birthday today they are 22 they are my son's daughter's they both are using drugs & lie & steal a lot they cant be trusted I'm so used to taking them out to dinner or something for their birthdays so that's sad ,I have said a prayer for them today . I love them very much..

i read somewhere 10,000 steps/ day will amount to 1lb weight loss at the end of the week. I want a fitbit so bad!
