Fasted 22 hours. Eating has been way over target this whole week. I tweaked my hip a few days ago, I am praying it doesn't become full-blown sciatica, which I am prone to getting. So part of it is comfort eating. But I need to cut it out!

I made a huge BLT salad with blue cheese, croutons, light ranch and light balsamic dressing. Like a wedge salad but with field greens.

Hope it doesn’t get bad! Be gentle but stretch it. That usually helps keep my sciatica flare ups at bay
