I spent today trying to recover my yesterday's leap off the wagon. Aunt Deb's boxes of fudge and chocolates showed up and I couldn't resist. I ate one 1.1 ounce cup of peanut butter chocolate fudge and one chocolate covered graham cracker. I had to guesstimate on the calories and grams included. It would have been okay if I had stopped there but that wasn't the case.

We went over to Jaime's house for Carlos and Robin's going away party. I had about 3 ounces of coconut rum in a couple drinks, carne asada, lots of tortilla chips with my bean layer dip, this delicious grape salad smothered in cream cheese, sugars, and nuts. I don't even know how to guess on the calories.

So today it was back in the gym and I did 6 miles on the treadmill and ate clean.
