Weight gain not too bad for 5 days of eating out. Dropped my daughter off at the coast guard academy and got to see her for 15 min to say bye. She was still smiling this much after a day of drill, yelling and chaos. She’ll be just fine❤️

I am retiring after 23 years in the Coast Guard on July 22nd. I taught at the Academy in New London from 2010-2013… tell her that I wish her all the best and tell her to appreciate the campus, the beauty of the East Coast, and the journey ahead of her! She’s off to a phenomenal start!
