Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Just finished first workouts…gotta say….little voice in head becoming more active…as days go on…but workouts continue…just wish I had better food choices here…guess it’s all in how you look at it…

Cna here was talking to me yesterday..we were talking weight loss…she wants to lose using meal supplements…I told her in my opinion…a waste of money..until you set your mind in right frame of mind..throwing money away…like a lot of people..looking for quick fix..she had fatsecret on phone,,but…just wasn’t tracking…told her you got to chart it to see where your over eating at…

Oh well…lol…another day…windows open to enjoy the morning air..before the humidity rises….so peaceful this time of day….shifts changing..you get to see…whose car is loudest…lol…


Need to find a new audiobook to listen to..I enjoy that time…
