Happy 😃 happy Tuesday…
First 15 min workout in…I know they are short ones..but as I do them more and more..they will increase in time..
Yesterday was a wellness yearly thing where nurse comes and does evaluation…then doctor shows up..normally my sister and I usually go to office..but with the heat index..they came to us..my doctor was impressed with my room..and the exercise equipment I have set up for daily use…and he said..Mike..you look like you have lost in your stomachs,..made me feel good,,as I set on bed this morning to change socks…lol…I noticed I could pull my legs closer to me to get socks on…and I’ve noticed my tshirts are getting longer…belly is shrinking…lol
Kettlebell….it’s a great tool to use..but I just hate using it…lol…it’s always my last moves…hopefully that will change as it can be used in several ways…
I was just barely sore this morning..but once I moved the weight…started loosening up…
Plans today..only 4 workouts..day off from bike..exercise class later..
