Redporchlady's Journal, 30 May 22

The last two days were great. Sat outside, had a few cocktails, listened to bands and went on a three hour boat ride and caught up with friends. This morning back to eating my healthy breakfast and back to working on my goal. Being post menopause and having to battle to get rid of the tire around my stomach I am so close to goal but not quite there. My goal was to have a 30" waist but that may be too much for this 58 year old but I want to keep trying. I know Wednesday back in the gym it will be 50 second side planks to start out my strength training and I am sure that will hurt after being off for 4 days.
