Fatsecret recommend my RDI be 1900, so doing many calculations I have decided to 'try' to have a daily average RDI of between 1200 and 1600. The big difference is to allow for off days, which I know I will have the odd one of, as I am only human and still LOVE my food :)

Try keeping your calorie intake to 1500 calories or as close as possible. I was told by my doctor that a male should have no less then 1500 calories and a female 1200 calories as males require more calories to burn for muscle. If you do 1200 often you could make yourself sick as your body will be seeking more calories to burn. Just a suggestion :)

I guess my calorie intake to be 1400. Sticking with that. Except yesterday! ?...

Thanks howzat4u, im eating what I normally eat with out the extra choc, cakes, biscuits, ice cream etc. Im surprised that im doing it really. Eating more summer fruit which I love. Weve got lots of vegetables in the garden at the moment too.

I find keeping an accurate record here of what I eat and drink keeps me honest. This site is helping me no end on keeping on track. I love it :)
