Today was a good day. I got to spend time with my guy friend, he took me to lunch (did good but next time will skip the dressing - way too sweet) and my other friend came back to finish painting my front door. Tomorrow she'll come and fix my front porch lights and an electric outlet in my room that isn't working. Traveling tomorrow to Tampa for work but home same day. Should be able to keep the eating on track. The challenge will be getting enough water in (an hour and 45 minutes each way makes hard time for bathroom breaks) and there won't be much room for making some movement during the day.
