Thanks so much everybody! I use peanut oil mostly, because it's tasty and high smoke point for stir fry. Forgot to add that there's jalepeno in there and Wifey you'd appreciate this- I read that taking the seeds out means less flavor so I included allll the jalap seeds 😉

Hey Scalewatcher! We are lucky to have an Asian grocery where they grow their own food and have tons of amazing products, so we got some sausages that looked tasty! Also got thai sour sausage which is my favorite. Sometimes you gotta just walk the aisles and grab what catches your eye 😂
