I'm callin this 'Trooper Tuesday'...in honor of those of you out there who we call the 'Troopers'! Despite physical, mental or environmental challenges, you are the ones that push EXTRA hard, every single day, to accomplish what others can do so easily. CHOOSING to take the stairs instead of the elevator or parking away from the store/building even though you have a handicapped parking tag (on the 'good' days). Waking up with PRAISE in your heart for another day on this planet REGARDLESS of how your body feels. LOOKING for ways to help OTHERS however you can. Taking note of the BLESSINGS & PROGRESS in your life, rather than the obstacles. Choosing the very BEST food for your health needs and keeping the portions in check. NOT giving in to discouragement! NOT giving up on your goals! NOT blaming others for your problems, but TAKING CHARGE of your own solutions!

@Magus...It's difficult for me too. I saw a meme on someone else's post that said 'Drink water like it's your JOB'....somehow that has stuck with me and when I get my water jug I really DO drink like it's my job!!!🤣✔

Crystaljo You definitely are a great example to us all, even though you go through things physically in your body you still find time to keep your body moving your the real trooper.

fasting with water only works and is really not that hard once you do it.

I probably drink over a gallon of plain water a day (plus coffee & hot tea), and it is soooo helpful in keeping me awake, reducing a puffy face, and preventing headaches. I used to have quite the diet coke habit, but quit cold turkey years ago, and gotta say, my skin looks MUCH better now.

I guess I'm a bit lucky. Water has been my go to beverage since childhood. I do find it easier to drink this quantity at room temperature in colder weather than icy cold. I do love my coffee in the morning to wake up and my tea late at night to wind down :)

I drink plenty of water...I just heat it up and pour it over coffee grounds first 😜 And the low chocolate diet is not the one for me! 🤣

I drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. I have learned to enjoy it. Recently it was a struggle to consume enough of it.

Crystal, I get heartburn from tea as well, I have changed to herbal tea and I don’t get heartburn. It’s crazy, tea does, but coffee does not. Love your daily inspiration!

This diet isn't like mine. I eat 1600 calories a day. And try to keep it as balanced as I can. I hope you are enjoying your eating plan.
