Grilled chicken thighs with grilled asparagus spears with some Zero Carb toast. Sprayed a little "I Can't Believe it's not Butter" on the asparagus and toast. After a total of 9 oz of chicken, 10 asparagus spears and 3 pieces of toast it came to 347 Kcal with 3.5g Net Carbs and 56g Protein.

9 oz of chicken thighs has WAY more protein that 15.5 grams!! Is that the cooked or raw weight?

allegra, you are absolutely correct. That was clearly a typo. It should have been 56g of protein. The 15.5 was the protein from my lunch.

Good good all over the place - that is still one of tastiest ways to up your protein. It looks nummy and the calorie count is perfect. I filed that photo for future agreements.
