allegra, you are absolutely correct. That was clearly a typo. It should have been 56g of protein. The 15.5 was the protein from my lunch.

Good good all over the place - that is still one of tastiest ways to up your protein. It looks nummy and the calorie count is perfect. I filed that photo for future agreements.
