It's been a minute, and now that I have a minute I can update! First off, the reason why I didn't update my diet calender was because I kinda drank to much on Saturday. If you get a hangover, the best thing to do is to eat grease, but grease is nowhere near healthy for you. Although, it did make my headache go away! lol
I started my job last night. It's maintence (sp?) work. Last night I cleaned bathrooms, and I have no idea what I will be doing tonight. I hate the situation that makes me NEED to work, but I am trying to look at it positively. I am basically getting paid to exercise. Which is the glass half full. Every night I work and exercise for about 4 hours. This is a good thing. I did forget how tiring it is to stand for 4 hours without a break! My back did start hurting about half way through. Not cool. But the pain did go away once I got to sit down on the sofa for a couple of minutes. Oh but the feet pain! My feet were still sore this morning! But I'm feeling alot better. Looser...if that makes any sense. I hope everyone is having a good day!

I was beginning to wonder how you were doing! I had missed your journals! I'm glad to hear the new job is working out! I am sure that it's going to be tough at the beginning, but by the end, you'll be in such good physical shape, you'll wonder why you thought it was hard at the beginning! :)

To cool you are getting paid to work out:) House work is in the calorie burner counter. You are going to be burning so many calories you will be losing more than ever combined with healthy habits. Hope all is well with hubbie's job search. Stay destressed and healthy. Glad you are ok.

Hey Bekka! Congrats on the new job/work out...hehe! :) Eventually the feet pain will go away and you won't even notice how long you've been on your feet! lol! The 1st few days are always the worst. I totally understand what you are saying about hangover food! I wonder why just celery wouldn't cure a hangover?!?! DANG! haha! Have a great night at work! :)

Bekka, I am not sure if you have tried this before, but I swear by it for hang over. Drink Salsa. I have a puerto rican friend tell me that and it is seriously true. Salsa is so low in calories too. Something about the tomato in it deactivates the hang over. I'd stick to the mild though:) Cheers, Mel.

Salsa huh? I don't really like salsa but I'd give it a shot! I don't think I'll be drinking for awhile though. At the time it's fun, but afterwards....no thanks!
