Rest day today. Total body workout done yesterday with heavy weights. Got a PR of 150 lbs squatting, which at my age makes me feel like a million bucks! Going to stop weighing everyday now, since I'm on the way down. So far keeping sugar in check too.Now to make it past Halloween! LOL
