Gooood Mornin!

I hope this day finds you newly inspired to try just a leeetle bit harder to meet your goals toward fitness & health. I'm not preachin...I'm just excited to learn that at ANY age, at ANY weight, in almost ANY circumstance...ANY of us can make little changes!

Today, after my morning workout of about 45 mins...I realized that I see changes in my upper body...but my LOWER body....uh, not so much. 😕 So, even though it's a bit of a challenge for me to get up and down from the floor, I want to start to try some of these floor exercises that target this 'belly' of mine. I would LOVE to say adios to this spare tire 👋

Measurements show small improvements, but I think I can do better 😉 Maybe I can get just ONE of you to join me???? (It's lonely on the floor all by myself!)

Unfortunately belly fat is always the last to go, so stay consistent you’ll get there!

OK... If you can do it, so can I. I know I need to make myself do whatever is necessary get stronger. I have had both knees replaced 4 years ago. I'm down for 80# in the last 2.5 years. Mobility is fairly good even with scar tissue in the left one. Most people have no idea that I've had it done. I need to develop core strength so I can get up without getting on my knees. Let's Go!

Great little chart! As for getting down on the floor, not going to happen. Last time I did that was when I dropped my phone and it slid under the stove. Once I retrieved it, I thought I was going to have to call 911 to get me up again.

Well...I got another diagnosis today (osteoporosis) that doesn't recommend most of the exercises on that chart! But I'm doing research to find the ones that WILL work!!💪💪
