Happy Tuesday FSF 🌞

I'm back from my tests, none the worse for wear (what's a few skin abrasions, right?) I think it's harder on us with smaller tata's...there's just not much there to squish! Oh well...did my yearly duty 😇 I hope the rest of my FS sisters are up to date with your exams too 💙

I agree this yearly squish exam. I end up with bruises because she had to pull and squish quick. At times it gets pretty tight and she had to retake the images. Oh well at least I know how my girls are doing.

I did find out that I'm 1/2 inch shorter than I thought...maybe it's from losing weight 😉

I think it's bad for all us girls, big or small bc it's brutal. The damn thing must've been designed by a man! lol But actually my hubby had to have one too, (he's fine) & so did my neighbor who had cancer! So it's not just us ladies that suffer & need to be vigilant. 💪🏼🙂

I always say, " slow and steady wins the race.."

Slow and steady wins the race indeed. I'm of the opinion that I'm not going to do anything to lose the weight that I'm not willing to do to maintain the loss. If that means it takes longer, so be it

Just so happens that I've got my appointment on Friday. I always thought that we- the amply endowed- had it worse. Now I know it's just painful for everyone - the tight squish!

Seriously - You are my new Guru. writingwyo Slow and steady wins the race indeed.
