Love it! 👍🏻😊 I’ve been reading a book called Atomic Habits, it’s basically about how to erase bad habits and set new ones. Really good book.

I love it DP, so true! I am with Becky a SLOTH, and know I just need to get a routine going. A routine of eating correctly, not slurping up a cupcake because it’s there. (Don’t even like cupcakes!!) What the hell is that?😔 D.I.E.T. = DID I EAT THAT😆

Yeah!!! Similarly, even if I ate perfectly the last 30 meals, it doesn't matter unless I can keep it up the next 100. And if I ate imperfectly at 1 meal, it doesn't matter if it allows me to eat in line with my goals the next 80 meals out of 100.

The 3 months to make millions is kinda corny. I think in general just learning something new- especially with youtube available- would be so fun. I did shovel a path for my husband to pull in the drive after work, but it'll probably be covered by then. That was my morning exercise. Shrewdness- I can't count the number of things I have eaten that I don't even like but I need to be more cognizant of what I am wasting calories on. Kennyn- I need to look at that book!

@ Katsolo, 😁 just hanging! Plus, I absolutely agree with you! I read a book, and almost always now, knowledge is gone😕 have to make notes to look at, for IT IS NOT in my head. Also he must mean make millions of calories, I’ve done that.👍😆

It just made me think of the 2 Butterfingers I ate the other day and I wonder how long they will be with me. I try to be positive but sometimes just can't manage it!

That is an excellant message posting. Motivational. I will walk around the kitchen again. DP - you have a way of inputting positive things with a sense of humour as well - It is appreciated. I will always for the rest of my life - view my cupboards as doors to a huge advent calendar ... I never forgot that. I think of that every day. Motivation and long-term thinking and a bit of will power and planning - and that all sounds easy but all needs a human to adhere to the course. I am trying to be human today.
