It's not just about what the scale says...there are soooo many health benefits to learning to make better food choices, to take smaller portions, to get up and move around during the day, to drink more water to stay hydrated and to have a positive attitude about ourselves all along the way. I'm very proud of each of you for caring enough about your body to make some changes in your daily routines/habits. Every little change can lead to feeling better & BETTER!! So hang in there!
