Well glad yesterday is over.

I struggled with stress eating yesterday, I just never felt satisfied which normally means I need to keep trying, but that "normal" needs to change. I ended up with a hot chocolate and a crappy mini Mr Goodbar, which werent the worst choices. Today, Ive had to remind myself to eat. So weird.

Im not trying for an "all or nothing" approach - even being in a challenge. I want to do things that Ill continue to do after. I just have to remind myself that its not always going to be smooth and its just a bump not a derailment.
119.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mbd - those sugary foods are just plain addictive to me. Once I get started, it's really hard to turn it around. I have to avoid sugar altogether or I'm sunk. For me it's sugar free, gluten free and processed foods free. I do slip of course, but I never feel better after I do.

@Erika - the hot chocolate was sugar free, made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and it was actually really good. For all of my griping this week, I actually did OK staying away from the sweets, and we even had a sheet cake hanging out all week in the kitchen. I think its more just...limiting myself thats getting me. I need to listen to myself and be more mindful. I can do it, Im just not.
