Managed to get through the day traveling and family time very close to my RDI, included a couple glasses of wine and some salty foods but no change in my weight this morning. Have a baby dedication this morning, reception afterwards and then birthday dinner / party later on...will try to keep calories in control while still enjoying it. It's colder here up North, had some sleet mixed with rain yesterday, but the drive up was beautiful most of the way, fall colors really starting to show.

Deb, I weight myself every morning but "officially" record on Friday mornings. I'm up a pound and a half after the weekend, should have that off quickly and hopefully continuing down by Friday. Doing 16:8 I.F. all week, it's seems to really work for me.
