I stepped on the scale yesterday after my ski day a had a drop in weight. Sooo happy about it but still not logging it in. It might be just a temporary drop. I'll give it a few days to see if it sticks. I thought I didnt ski enough to burn more calories than I ate but maybe I did. Fingers crossed that I stay on a downward trend!
