Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

As I got up this morning…2 minute before alarm went off..all I was thinking…was…taking them 2 days off to rest and recover spoiled my mind and body…cause would be so easy to fall back into the lazy mode….lol…you would think as much as I ride it would take longer…huh…guess not…that’s why I hate taking days off…I have trouble getting back into that mind set…but once I’m in it…I’m focused on the workouts and the rides….

The rain finally stopped….but the colder air followed….I mean cold…34….feels like 22….. when just last week it was 60s…..what a change….the good news…winter is here….the bad news..I hate the cold…lol…

Didn’t get any snow this time…went north of us ….parking lot looks dry…

Need to fill water bottles..prep for tomorrow’s ride…
