I love being a carnivore! Roasted a Prime Rib for dinner. Will use the drippings to make Yorkshire Pudding for Christmas dinner.

FireQueen57, here's my Yorkshire Pudding recipe. Whisk together 1 cup all purpose flour & 1/2 tsp Kosher salt in a large bowl. Form a well in the center and add 1 cup milk, 2 Tblsp melted butter & 2 large beaten eggs. Beat until completely smooth. Let the batter rest for 1 hr. Preheat oven to 450 F. Put a tsp of drippings in each well of your muffin tin. Put in oven to preheat the pan & drippings for a couple minutes. Pour batter into the wells 1/3 full. Bake 10 min at 450, then reduce heat to 350 for 5 to 10 mins until they are puffy & golden brown. Serve filled with your choice of savory filling. We'll be using turkey & dressing, but pulled pork or chili work well too.

FireQueen57, if you prefer to make a traditional large Yorkshire Pudding, put 4 Tbl of drippings into a 9x12 baking dish & preheat for 10 min. Pour batter into the dish & bake at 450 for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 for 15-20 min more until puffy & golden brown. Add your favorite filling & cut into individual servings.
