Well, PA trip was great. Did not pass the eating obviously. I could not even help it. I will be back on track and starting over tomorrow. Until then, I am not crying or feeling sorry for myself. I am going to take the 2 days as an enjoyment and go from there. Every day is new...so I can't freak out about the previous ones. I do hate seeing the scale flunctuate up and down because of me messing up, but atleast for the most part it is going down. Now lets hope when I step on the scale in the morning that the scale does not say anything in the 70s....360sumthing would make me feel great.

anyway, starting fresh. No more excuses no more screwups...I am on a quest to loose 20 or MORE pounds a month so that by my bday June 12th... I will be really close to 300 pounds for the first time in like 5 years or so. Specifically, 320 or less.

Lets get it! Starting tomorrow.

It's ok to take a break every now and then. It's all about portion control. I think that it's important to eat what you want every now and then....just be careful not to let it get out of control.
