30 down I am so happy about that some came off easy some might have have been shed in tears it wasn’t always easy still have a long ways to go….. I honestly can’t wait until I can see the results. I don’t feel like I look any different. I do feel different it’s easier to move around if that makes sense. Like I was laying in bed on my stomach and could bend my legs back I was holding my feet and doing a stretch. My knees don’t hurt like they was and it feels like my heart isn’t working as hard. Might be my imagination. 25 more to reach my first goal. Hoping to reach that by May 2022. I am strapped in for this roller coaster ride till the end.

I am a food addict so in my mind you lost the equivalent of one of those 30 pound rice, flour, oat sack bags sold in Sam’s! More than a watermelon, less than the big dog kibble. So very proud and delighted in what you have achieved!!
