Well folks...my demons got the better of me today. Late work day & a craps ton of pissy news made eating a third of an ice cream container kinda okay...till I was finished and the scrapping in my stomach on down made me realize I was probably angry more at my self then anyone. Sorry for the vent. Tomorrow is a new day & I will pick myself up & start again. Gnite all.

Oh gosh, we've all been there! Don't beat yourself up. Put it out of your mind like it never happened. You'll find one slip won't ruin your diet if you get back on track with your next meal!
