The dream is not impossible. The goal is within my reach. To lose 20 pounds by January 2022, I have 115 days. At a nominal 600 calorie per day deficit, I can lose the 20 pounds. Walking less than 3 miles a day is 1600 calories burned. So, sticking to 1000 calories a day with any added on for extra exercise, I can do it. That is about a pound and a half per week. It's all about mind set and choosing to eat right every day. Good luck every body!
