Well it's day 4 of bed rest. I'm happy that I know what I've got, I just wish that it would just get better. On the bright side, my blood pressure is at 126\76! Fricking awesome man! And, I didn't get weighed so that's a good thing, because I can still keep my goals in mind. I'm limiting my food intake a little bit more just because I'm in bed all day long. It's helpful that my bed is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs. Stairs are from the devil right now. lol Michael is doing pretty good taking care of everything. I had him just put 2 chicken breasts in the crock pot for dinner and some mac n cheese with broccoli. Twas yummy. Tonight he's gonna try to make pasta.....lord help me. I really appreciate everything that he's doing though. I just can't wait to get up and get moving again! I mean, I know I'm pretty lazy....but not THIS lazy!
