Wow.. my wife bought me pants at walmart.. I zipped them up, and button them-- and I could breath.. yes they're tight.. and no I am not going to wear them until I can put them on comfortably.. but I am almost there!! WoW this is the first time, ever so it feels, that a pair of paints were bought at a local store for me, and I can almost wear them...

"Almost there" is a fantastic feeling. You can do it! It is important to utilize "measurements" OTHER than the scale to chart our progress. Love the looks of your weight history! Like an escalator going down town!

Thanks guys! Greatly appreciate the encouragement! :-D I am almost at the 50 lb weight loss marker.. 48.4 lbs since April.. I have a doctor's appointment on July 3rd- I am kind of "afraid" that he will think that there is something else is wrong with me other than eating habits changing.. I have a large notebook with all of the information, daily, weekly weight loss, calorie/carb/protein/etc daily intake, exercise journal, etc etc.. just in case he wonders what I am doing..lol.. Yeah, it is a big notebook..lol..(OH exercise update- have gone 65 miles so far on the treadmill and the stationary bike.. (ON the map I am in Kokomo, Indiana- a city 50 miles or so north of Indy)...

Awesome. I had kept pants up through my weight gain. I kept setting out the next smaller size through the process. Once I got to 38" waist, I bought a pair of 34s. It was a big jump, but I was trusting the process. Once I fit in those I bought a pair of 32s. I wore them to my sons wedding practice last summer. It felt so great. Enjoy that, Hoosier. It happens if we make it happen. I'm rootin' for ya.
