Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Just got done with a tortured ride/workout…you kno the kind…where you didn’t get enough sleep…or your heart rate monitor wants to quit syncing thru the workout…or you just aren’t in the mood to even be doing a workout….but I put up with it…cause I’m stronger then the negative forces that try to stop me…

Nsv from yesterday…sister went thru dq yesterday….I ordered a cup of ice…no shake for me….felt good to win that fight as well….

Had steel oats yesterday…for breakfast…1/2 cup…not today…cleaned me out….then for lunch had rabbits food….changing eating habits …get so tired of jus t eating….I want to eat health…but my motivation to cook is gone…

Prepped lettuce ahead last night…just get some chopped up..outta bowl..add the extras…wha la…

Welp..endorphins are ready to get another day moving…
