I’ve had this breakfast (200 cal) everyday for a week straight cause I’m lazy and I don’t feel like cooking in the mornings. Anyone have any suggestions for an easy & low cal breakfast?

Maybe search Pinterest for overnight oats recipes? I enjoy the one with a few walnuts added, cinnamon and 1 T maple syrup.
Or omelettes? My fave is a 1 egg omelette with 1 Tbsp Feta cheese, 1/4 apple sliced fine, and a few walnuts.

Protein shake, yogurt with fruit & muesli/granola, cereal, fruit with cheese, peanut butter on Wasa crackers (high fibre), toasted sandwich or Laughing Cow cheese on crackers with salsa; think those are all my go-to (almost) no-cooking brekkies! :)

I made egg bombs.
You can make a bunch and freeze them. Then you take a couple out the day before for the next morning.
it's just eggs a little cheese and whatever veggies I want. This time I made egg, cheese and broccoli ones and egg, cheese, spinach and tomato ones.
You mix up a bunch of eggs, pour it into muffin tins, then add your stuff and bake.
Super simple. Then I also eat a grapefruit too.

I make a big container of Chia Pudding with Fresh Fruit and Ground Flax. Lasts a few days and is so delicious.
