Did anyone else forget just how yummy peanut butter and apples were? Because I sure did!!
Spoke to soon on the back front....but it's bound to get better right?
I lost a bit more weight, which made me happy. But, I know that I could be doing better if I wasn't told to stay in bed and "rest". I know that I'm not the most active person in the world, but I just don't see how people enjoy being in bed all day. I plain old don't get it. It's boring, and annoying because I'm not sick...just immobile.

Peanut Butter and Apples are yummy. PB and celery too. I tossed my PB though after I looked at the calories though. Wow. I can't find any PB under 190-200 calories per teaspoon. Even the low fat is not low calories. Pout. You might read, shift positions, read, ect. I start to hurt sometimes from just being in bed. Definately hard to do. My get well thoughts coming your way.

PB & Apples is something I have never tried... but PB & Cheddar cheese is good... so is Celery & Laughing Cow Light cheese. And that's totally awesome that you're still losing weight... really shows that your exercise when you were feeling better built some muscle and your body is burning more calories even when resting!

I heart pb! That is a definite perk of low carb eating...I get to eat pb pretty much every day lol. Hang in there Bekka!
