Back is almost back to normal, which is good because Michael had to call in a sick day so that he could watch my neice yesterday. I watch her twice a week and yesterday I couldn't really sit up let alone take care of a 1 1\2 year old. He was so sweet about it, didn't complain or anything. I felt bad about it though. Just minor tweaks and pains...but no spasms!!!!!
I'm good enough to weigh myself today. I'm at 364.8. Kinda sucks when you consider how much that I HAVE been losing in a week or so. But I do have to realize that I DID binge on the weekend, and I HAVE been more or less bed ridden for the past couple of days. So I forgive myself. Progress is progress. And, only a little under 16 pounds and I can honestly say that I can use the "regular" scale when I go to the doctor's in April!!!!!
Every time that I start to double back, or think it's not worth it I consider my first goal: to fit on the regular scale at the doctor's. It's not much, but it's something. His reg. scale only goes up to 350, so it's definitely a possiblity. I just can't WAIT to see the look on his face (the nurses too) when I can go on that scale!
