Welcome to Wow: Walk on Wednesdays! Online walking group for any FSers who wish to share their walking and fitness experiences. I have set up a Group* here (seems to be available only on desktop/laptops) but for those only on the app, here is your weekly post:

How were your walks this week? I had a good week of recovery! I did 2 loads of laundry (down the hallway) over 2.5 hrs, take down my garbage & recycling daily, plus hallway/lobby walking, so keep moving forward. Trying to keep positive but will admit it's tough!
