Stayed in bed al day today. Back is still majorly in pain. The heating pad is my new best friend. I just really wish that all the pain would stop, so that life can get back to normal.

Remember to stretch a bit. Are you able to take an anti inflamatory like motrin, or ibuprofin? Hang tight in a few days you should be better. don't have snack attacks to bad and you should be ok on your weight if you are inactive. Also drink water so your kidneys stay flushed. You sure you don't have any kidney infections? Some times those mask as back pain. If it goes to long I hope you can get to your doc if you are able. Stay motivated and as pain free as possible.
